Complete the core training modules: Optimize Employment for Everyone, Optimize Employer Engagement, and Managing and Leading Employer Engagement and Job Development (that's this one). You will also guide your team members through these first two courses.
Complete reflections and exercises related to leading with Purpose for Mastery and Results.
Access resources to support yourself and your team as you put the learning into action. The resources are available under 'FILES;
Your role as a leader is critical. You create the conditions for your team to succeed. The course will provide the tools and it is your leadership that will shape your organization and support your team to achieve meaningful results.

Your Guide
Angela Hoyt has over 34 years of experience in the Employment Services Sector as a manager, job developer, and organizational development consultant. She holds a Master of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from Royal Roads University. Her thesis, The Organizational and Individual Characteristics of Successful Job Developers, included survey data from 13 Employment Service Managers and 109 Job Developers.
