Shifting Employer Perceptions

Description
Job Developers! Are you puzzled why employers are not hiring the job seekers you recommend to them, even when they are struggling to fill open jobs? Or, why some employers would prefer to reduce their business hours, shut down factory lines, or leave a job open than talk to you to find solutions? Why wouldn’t an employer want to talk to brilliant YOU?
Well, employers may PERCEIVE that the cost of working with you, and/or your clients, will outweigh any benefits they will gain. Perceptions are powerful when it comes to building relationships – and when they are negative perceptions, it will be very, very difficult for you to influence employers to hire your clients. Thankfully, there are ways to shift perceptions so employers see the benefits of working with you to hire employees.
In this on-demand live webinar recording, participants will define employer perceptions and explore strategies to shift them. We share comments and ideas as participant's interact with Angela in lively chat discussions. This webinar is suitable for all employment service staff, including managers.
